Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026Regalia is made and operated by TKN Studio ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
What Regalia is
Upload a photo of your pet and get a hand-painted-style portrait of them as royalty, a general, a noble or an explorer, delivered on the web right after payment, plus credits for new costumes and short animations. Regalia is a web service: you upload a photo, answer a few questions, and our AI creates painted portraits of your pet in costume that are delivered on this website right after payment, in your private studio page.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Only upload photos of your own pet (or a pet whose owner agreed). Photos should show the animal, not people; don't upload anything violent or otherwise unlawful. We and our AI provider automatically refuse some content, and we may close access that breaks these rules.
AI results
Pet portraits are generated by AI, not painted by a person. Likeness, markings and details vary and can be imperfect. Example images on this website show fictional or illustrative content. You may download, print and share your own pet portraits for personal use; we don't claim ownership of them.
Plans, credits and payment
Orders are processed by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all orders — Dodo Payments handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms also apply. Every plan includes your first pet portrait plus credits. Subscription plans (weekly or yearly) are billed today and renewed every period until you cancel (cancel anytime at customer.dodopayments.com or by emailing us). One-time plans and credit packs are single payments with no subscription. A new pet portrait costs 1 credit and a 5-second video costs 5 credits; if a creation fails, its credits are returned. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. See our Refund Policy.
Storage
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days and finished pet portraits after 30 days — download the ones you want to keep. Your studio link is private: anyone who has it can see your pet portraits, so don't share it.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Powered by agistri
Regalia is powered by agistri (agistri.app), our AI photo and video studio, run by TKN Studio. Credits you buy here are kept in your agistri account under the same email and work on every agistri template and tool; your Regalia results are saved there too. The same terms, refund policy and storage rules apply.
