When do I get my pet portrait? Right after checkout — it's created on the spot in about 20 seconds and waits in your private studio page. Bookmark that page; it's your link back.
I closed the page. Email us from the address you ordered with and we'll send your studio link.
Will it renew? Only subscription plans renew, until you cancel at customer.dodopayments.com. One-time plans and credit packs don't renew.
Refunds? Full refund within 14 days — email us or use customer.dodopayments.com.
My photos? Deleted after 7 days and never used to train AI.
Where are my credits? In agistri (agistri.app) — tap “Open agistri” on your studio page and you're signed in automatically.
