Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026This policy covers the Regalia website (paint-my-pet.agistri.app), run by TKN Studio.
What we collect
- Your photos — the photos you upload, used only to create your pet portraits and videos.
- Your answers (type of pet, portrait style, background) to create the result you asked for.
- Your email — to keep your pet portraits and credits under your account and to send order messages. Product news only if you tick the box.
- Ad-click details (campaign and ad name, Meta click identifiers) and basic technical data (IP address, browser) to measure our ads and prevent abuse.
- Orders: you enter payment details on Dodo Payments's checkout (Dodo Payments is our reseller and Merchant of Record); we receive only the order details — email, plan, amount, country — never your card.
Your photos
Photos are stored in Google Cloud and sent to our AI provider fal.ai only to generate your images. We do not use your photos or results to train AI models, we do not create face templates or use them to identify anyone, and we do not sell them. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days and results and videos after 30 days. Email tknappstudio@gmail.com to have them deleted sooner.
Advertising measurement
The website uses the Meta Pixel (in Europe and Turkey only after you accept) and we send Meta a hashed, unreadable version of your email to measure our ads. Your photos are never shared with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We keep order records as long as your plan is active plus the refund window. Email tknappstudio@gmail.com to have your email, answers and images deleted at any time.

Children
Regalia is for adults (18+).
agistri
Your email, credits and Regalia results are also kept in your agistri account (agistri.app) — the same company, the same rules — so you can open them there. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
